• Laser Shows - Are you looking for that "WOW" for your next meeting, celebration, product introduction, award ceremony, grand opening or trade show? Look no further, R&R Productions will customize a laser light show specifically for your program or event! High-tech lasers and special effects can make a powerful statement that will make your event exciting, memorable and outstanding. Looking for showcasing a custom logo or graphic in lights? By using our new 3D software we can animate and use special effects to make them come alive. High powered aerial beam effects will project over your audience for an eye dazzling presentation.
• Area lighting - Area lighting is one of the most beautiful accents any ballroom can have. With just the right amount of uplighting in just the right color, this will transform the whole room! Our area lighting packages match most any wedding color! These fixtures also require very little power, so you will save money and still have an amazing look!
• Textured lighting - Textured lighting can be for ceilings, walls, floors, dance floors and outdoor areas. This effect adds a major element of change to the location as well as a feeling of excitement. There are hundreds of textures to choose from and most texture packages are created with moving lights so they can second as a dance floor lighting package!
• monograms/names in lights - Lighting can not only set the mood, but also add a spice of flavor to the whole evening; the projected image (gobo) does just that! We are setup to create full color, fully customizable images to project in your ballroom. These can be anything from names, to pictures, to your favorite number! Whatever you decide is what we can create. These images can be projected most anywhere. There are many different designs to choose from. • Dance floor lighting - We take pride in our dance floor lighting packages. Everyone wants to feel like a star and with our packages we can make that happen! We offer simple to elaborate packages - No matter your flavor, and desired spending range, we have something for everyone!
• Table Pin-spotting - Our goal when we come into a ballroom with lighting is to achieve the emotion that the client wants. This is done by lowering the ambient flood lighting, and placing specific lighting in specific places. Think about it, just turning off your room lights and lighting a candle creates a mood that nothing else can. This is what we do with table pin-spotting. With the pin-spotting package we rig lights from the ceiling or from stands if the ceiling is not available, to light every table individually. This also spotlights the centerpieces bringing more attention to the beauty of the evening. When coupled with area lighting, this is an immediate WOW factor for your guests!
• Accents - This item is most popular for clients who are looking to create a lasting memory with video. Sometimes creating the mood with low light looks great to the naked eye, but to the camera it can mean low quality and poor lighting. This is where are accent lighting packages come in. These can be designed just for the main areas of focus like the head web changes 1 aug 7 table, cake table, dance floor etc, or set up to create a smooth low light wash throughout the room.
• Outdoor Area lighting - In the past the idea of lighting events outdoors meant a huge generator and tons of cable! This in turn meant expense out of pocket for you! Thanks to technology, that is no longer the case. With our high output, low energy LED PARs outdoor lighting is more feasible than ever! Take a wedding on the beach - we can run up to 75 lights on one small 20amp generator. That is enough to make any wedding look great! We have many options available for outdoor lighting like, Foliage uplighting, C9 Lighting drapes, Chinese lantern lighting, battery powered LED lighting and more!
• Glow tables - One of the most fascinating, breathtaking views is an event with the tables glowing! We get more compliments from guests at events with our glow tables than any other item we use. There is nothing like walking into a room with your beautiful linen glowing in your custom wedding color.
